Power of your sleep

We have 24 hours a day and we sleep for 8 hours.
It's almost 2920 hours a year. An average human spends almost 33.34%of his life sleepinng. But why is sleep that necessary. 


1. Sleep is our natural recharging mechanism.  Our brain just like a dry sponge         is  capable of absorbing (memorizing) and learning new concepts faster               after   sleep. 


The above graph shows the performance of brain in learning new things before and after sleep.

2. Brain performs various repairing and regenerative activities to heal your body during sleep. It prevents cancer naturally as shown below.
Brain releases natural killer cells which in turn detect and kill the cancer cells and thus reducing cancer risk.

3. 6 hrs of sleep continuing for a week may cause certain genes to destroy and        certain genes to form.
      Now the situation is the genes that are formed are responsible for                         cardiovascular diseases and many similar ones and the genes that were lost        were responsible for proper functioning of your immune system, that can't            be underestimated right!


So sleep causes a correct set of genes to be maintained and in result a healthy you.
Now it's important to know the right time limit to sleep.
It's minimum 7 and half to 8 hours Max depends on ur body capabilities.
Deprived and excess of sleep are equally fatal.
So in a nutshell proper sleep is a blessing that can't be underestimated.
